  • Publication number: 20240044536
Abstract: A controller of a central air conditioning system controls a damper provided for a first target space according to a target temperature. After a predetermined period of time has elapsed since control of the damper provided for the first target space was started according to the target temperature, the controller determines: an association between the controlled damper and the temperature sensor that has detected the changed temperature is correct when a changed temperature detected by a temperature sensor approaches the target temperature in the first target space; and the association between the controlled damper and the temperature sensor that has detected the changed temperature is incorrect when a temperature detected by the temperature sensor does not approach the target temperature in the first target space. Then, the controller outputs a result of determination.

  • Patent number: 10116142
Abstract: A load control apparatus receives information regarding the consumed electric power in load devices and the generated electric power by a power generator. The apparatus includes a control unit, which controls a device based on the received information. A determination unit determines whether the device can execute a predetermined process with surplus electric power in target period from the present until a predetermined period of time elapses. An execution unit controls the device such that when it is determined that the abovementioned process can be executed, a control signal is provided to cause the process to start.

  • Patent number: 9954371
Abstract: An electric power acquisition section acquires a power demand of a load. An assist control section determines that an assist condition is satisfied when the power demand exceeds a threshold value within a time slot for permitting electric power to be supplied to the load. When determining that the assist condition is satisfied, the assist control section presents a selection prompt to inquire whether or not to activate an assist operation for supplying the electric power from a power storage device, on an operation display device through a notification control section. If there is a response for requesting activation of the assist operation from the operation display device in response to the selection prompt, the assist operation is started. The assist condition is set in a storage unit by a condition setting section.

  • Patent number: 9639074
Abstract: A demand measurement unit measures load demand power and a power generation measurement unit measures solar cell output power. A threshold storage unit stores a discharge control threshold for determining whether to discharge remaining storage cell power. When demand power exceeds generated power, a command unit controls storage cell discharge by comparing remaining storage cell power with the discharge control threshold and transmits a control command to a power conditioner. If the remaining storage cell power exceeds the discharge control threshold, then the command unit commands storage cell discharge. A threshold setting unit sets the discharge control threshold, and updates the discharge control threshold when that value changes.

  • Publication number: 20130158684
Abstract: The appliance control system includes a control device, a human detection sensor, and a manual operation switch. The control device includes a selecting unit configured to select a mode of an appliance driving unit controlling an appliance, from an operation mode in which the appliance driving unit operates the appliance, a limited mode in which the appliance driving unit limits an operation of the appliance, and a rest mode in which the appliance driving unit terminates the operation of the appliance. The selecting unit changes the appliance driving unit to the operation mode when the manipulation switch is turned on. The selecting unit changes the appliance driving unit to the rest mode when the manipulation switch is turned off. The selecting unit changes the appliance driving unit to the waiting mode when the human detection sensor does not detect a human within waiting time while the appliance driving unit is in the operation mode.
