  • Patent number: 11935870
Abstract: One aspect of the present disclosure is a manufacturing method for a support piece used in the formation of a dolmen structure in a semiconductor device, including processes of: (A) preparing a laminate film including a base material film, an adhesive layer, and a support piece formation film, for example, including a thermosetting resin layer, in this order; and (B) forming support pieces on a surface of the adhesive layer by singulating the support piece formation film, in which the process (B) includes a process of forming a cut in the support piece formation film partway in a thickness direction, and a process of singulating the support piece formation film in a cooled state by expansion, in this order.

  • Patent number: 6340396
Abstract: A flux cored wire for welding duplex stainless steel, comprising a shell cored with a flux. The wire is good in pitting corrosion resistance and notch toughness. In the wire, the total of the shell and the flux comprises Cr, Mo and N in an amount of 21.0-26.0 wt %, 2.6-4.0 wt % and 0.08-0.30 wt %, respectively, of the total weight of the wire; the amounts of C, Bi and a metal inclusion having a melting point over 2000° C. are set up to 0.04 wt % or less, 0.015 wt %, and 0.1 wt %, respectively; the total amount of Ni powder and Fe powder is set up to 3.0 wt %; and a parameter A represented by [Cr]+3.3×[Mo]+16×[N]−150×[Bi] wherein [Cr], [Mo], [N] and [Bi] represent the contents of Cr, Mo, N and Bi, respectively, is from 33.0 to 43.0.

  • Patent number: 5914061
Abstract: A high nitrogen flux cored wire contains N and nitrogen compound (total converted value of N): 0.05 to 0.30 wt %, with respect to total weight of the wire, in stainless steel sheath and flux, and TiO.sub.2 : 4.0 to 8.0 wt %; ZrO.sub.2 : 0.5 to 4.0 wt %; SiO.sub.2 : 0.05 to 1.5 wt %; Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 : 0.05 to 1.5 wt %; metal fluoride (converted value of F): 0.02 to 0.7 wt %; and metal carbonate: less than or equal to 1.0 wt %; a content of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and SiO.sub.2 in total being restricted to be less than or equal to 2.5 wt %, with respect to total weight of the wire, in the flux. Since an appropriate amount of nitrogen is contained in the wire, superior corrosion resistance of the welded metal can be obtained. Also, since an appropriate amounts of the slag forming agent, alloying component and so forth are contained, it becomes possible to achieve high welding workability in all position welding.

  • Patent number: 5861605
Abstract: A high nitrogen flux cored wire for welding of Cr--Ni type stainless steel is formed by filling a flux into a sheath of stainless steel. The flux is composed of N and nitrogen compound (total converted value of N): 0.05 to 0.30 wt % with respect to total weight of wire, in the sheath and the flux; and TiO.sub.2 : 4.0 to 8.0 wt %, SiO.sub.2 : 0.3 to 3.0 wt %, Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 : 0.05 to 1.5 wt %, metal fluoride (converted value of F): 0.05 to 0.7 wt %, ZrO.sub.2 : less 0.5 wt %, and metal carbonate: less than or equal to 1.0 wt % with respect to total weight of the wire, in said flux.

  • Patent number: 5854462
Abstract: Provided is a stainless-steel flux cored wire electrode with excellent arc stability and good workability with less sputter generation, which can attain the overall sputter reduction and arc stability and can further prevent instantaneous arc disorders and sputter generation at a higher level to form a high-quality weld metal. A stainless-steel flux cored wire electrode comprising a flux filled in the stainless-steel housing at 10 to 30% to the total weight of the wire electrode, wherein the wire electrode temperature is measured and recorded on the recording chart of a temperature recorder, which chart is scaled in such a manner that the 100.degree. C. corresponds to 5 cm and the 100 mm wire electrode length corresponds to 1 cm, by passing electricity through appropriate two points, apart 300 mm to 1,000 mm from each other, in the wire electrode in the longitudinal direction, to electrically heat the wire electrode to 500.degree. to 1,000.degree.
