Publication number: 20240132147Abstract: A vehicle power supply system includes a power source control device that executes a process of switching a connection state of a driving circuit to the main power source and an auxiliary power source including; a process of switching the connection state so as to transition to a backup state as a voltage decrease of the main power source occurs, and a process of switching the connection state so as to transition to a normal state as the voltage decrease of the main power source is resolved. After a voltage decrease of the main power source occurs, a turning-side control device of a steering control unit sets an output-limited state for a turning-side motor. The output-limited state is canceled upon the power source control device completing switching of the connection state so as to transition.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 11, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Applicants: JTEKT CORPORATION, TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHA, DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Yuuta KAJISAWA, Yuji FUJITA, Yugo NAGASHIMA, Kazuma HASEGAWA, Takashi KOUDAI, Kaishi MONOBE, Kenichi ABE, Masaharu YAMASHITA, Shintaro TAKAYAMA, Kazuaki IIDA, Yasushi HORA, Yosuke YAMASHITA, Hiroki TOMIZAWA, Nobuyori NAKAJIMA, Hayaki TANABE, Toyohiro HAYASHI, Takeshi IWANA

Publication number: 20240088814Abstract: When a DC power source fails, the following controls are performed. The normal control is resumed when an inverter input voltage recovers before a standby period elapses after a power failure time. A power source relay is turned off when the standby period elapses without recovery of the voltage. The power source relay is turned on again when a power source relay off period has elapsed from a turn-off time. The normal control is resumed when the inverter input voltage recovers at the turn-on time. The normal control is resumed when the inverter input voltage recovers before the power source relay on period elapses from the turn-on time. The power source relay is turned off, and driving of the actuator is stopped, when the power source relay on period passes without recovery of the voltage.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 16, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Hiroki TOMIZAWA, Nobuyori NAKAJIMA, Tomoaki YOSHIMI, Toyohiro HAYASHI, Yosuke YAMASHITA, Shintaro TAKAYAMA, Yuuta KAJISAWA, Yuji FUJITA

Patent number: 5496449Abstract: The present invention relates to the method of treating the salt bath liquid. In the surface treatment of the steel material by the use of the high-temperature salt bath mainly comprising sodium hydroxide and sodium nitrate, the salt ingredients contained in the washings generated are separated to be recovered and the metal salts contained are separated in the form of the insoluble salts. The salts contained in the nitrate radical-containing liquid system are recovered as the free acids again, the alkalies being recovered, and the reagents contained in the overflow from the salt-washing tank being recovered. The anode chamber liquid generated in the recoverying operation of the reagents is returned to the washing tank again to increase the concentration of the salts. The anode chamber liquid is poured into the pickling tank to reduce the oxidizing soluble metal salts contained in the washings by iron within the pickling tank, whereby the oxidizing soluble metal salts are insolubilized.Type: GrantFiled: July 14, 1994Date of Patent: March 5, 1996Assignee: Unitika, Ltd.Inventors: Tadaya Ishibashi, Masanori Sasaki, Hideto Obara, Hiroshi Kano, Shintaro Yamashita
