  • Publication number: 20220416632
Abstract: A motor having a rotor connected to an input shaft and a stator fixed by a fixing jig during assembly to a case includes: a stator convex part that extends radially outward from an outer circumference of the stator and positions the stator with respect to the case; and a case convex part that extends radially inward from an inner circumference of the case and is arranged so as to overlap with the stator convex part in a circumferential direction. A relief part is provided between the stator convex part and the case convex part, the relief part being arranged such that the stator convex part can be rotated along the circumferential direction with respect to the case during assembly.

  • Patent number: 10315515
Abstract: Some embodiments are directed to a pinion shaft assembly of a power transfer unit for transferring torque from an output gear of a transmission to a driveline structure of a vehicle. The embodiments include a hollow shaft that includes an internal splined portion, a pinion gear connected to a first end of the hollow shaft, and a coupling member that includes a flange and a coupling extension extending from the flange. The coupling extension includes an external splined portion at a first end such that the coupling extension mounts coaxially within the hollow shaft. The internal splined portion of the hollow shaft meshes with the external spline portion of the coupling extension in a spline connection for coupled rotation of the hollow shaft and the coupling extension, and the flange is disposed external to the hollow shaft and configured to be connected to the driveline structure.

  • Publication number: 20030202796
Abstract: The optical wireless communication device 1 is provided with a transmitting unit 102 outputting a light such as a laser light for optical communication. Beside the transmitting unit 102, the optical wireless communication device 1 is also provided with a laser pointer 24 emitting a light for optical axis adjustment. Further, the front surface of the optical wireless communication device 1 has a sight 401 where a light for an optical axis adjustment irradiates to allow proper adjustment of an optical axis. The optical wireless communication device 1 allows optical axis adjustment to be quick and easy in the configuration where a position of a device of one side is adjusted for an optical axis alignment with the device of the other side by checking the lighting of the LED 22 in the other side.
