Abstract: An information providing method includes: acquiring, from a first server, a point ID corresponding to a user who is on a vehicle parked in a parking lot and parking position distance information indicating a distance from a parking position to an entrance connecting the parking lot and a commercial facility; and when the distance from the parking position to the entrance is equal to or larger than a predetermined value based on purchase information and the parking position distance information of the user corresponding to the point ID, transmitting, to the first server, first coupon information representing a coupon available in at least one store among a plurality of stores where a use frequency by the user is equal to or larger than a certain value in order to display the first coupon information on an information terminal of the user corresponding to the point ID.

Abstract: An information provision method includes: acquiring request information inquiring about a substitute parking lot of a first parking lot from an information terminal of a user; acquiring vacancy information indicating availability of a second parking lot when the request information is acquired, from a second parking lot management system that manages availability of the second parking lot managed by a second operator different from a first operator of the use facility and existing outside an area of the use facility; generating map information indicating the second parking lot having a vacancy; and transmitting the map information to the information terminal to display the map information on the information terminal. The map information includes a message indicating that second incentive for encouraging the user to use the second parking lot is larger than first incentive for encouraging the user to use the first parking lot of the use facility.

Abstract: An information provision method is implemented by an information management system performing communication with a parking lot management system. According to the information provision method, a point ID and parking time information are acquired from the parking lot management system. The point ID corresponds to a user riding on a vehicle parked in the parking lot. The parking time information indicates parking time at which the user parks the vehicle in a predetermined position in the parking lot. When the parking time is included in a meal time period, recommendation information is transmitted to the parking lot management system to cause an information terminal of the user who corresponds to the point ID to display the recommendation information. The recommendation information represents one or more stores each of whose frequency of use by the user is equal to or higher than a given level, and at least one restaurant.

Abstract: An information providing method according to the present disclosure is executed in a parking lot management system including a management server that communicates with operation terminals of users and manages information related to a vehicle status in a parking lot, and includes: acquiring a first image captured by a first camera that captures an entrance of the parking lot and position/operation information indicating positions and operations of vehicles present in the parking lot; specifying an inbound vehicle moving to a parking section provided in the parking lot based on the first image; and transmitting, based on a position of the inbound vehicle and vacancy information of the parking section specified based on the position/operation information, first navigation information necessary for guiding a route to the parking section in a vacant state to an operation terminal of a user associated with registration information of a vehicle specified as the inbound vehicle.
