  • Publication number: 20230365832
Abstract: A surface-treating agent containing a fluoropolyether group-containing silane compound and an amide compound, wherein the amide compound is contained in an amount of 0.5% by mass or more based on a total amount of the surface-treating agent. Also disclosed is a pellet including the surface-treating agent; and an article including a substrate and a layer formed of the surface=treating agent disposed on the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20230303748
Abstract: Provided is a fluoropolymer comprising tetrafluoroethylene unit (1) and a monomer unit (2) derived from a perfluoroalkadlene represented by formula (2): CF2?CF(CF2)nCF?CF2 where n represents an integer of 2 to 10, wherein a content of tetrafluoroethylene unit (1) is 98.0 to 99.999 mol % or more based on total monomer units constituting the fluoropolymer, and a content of the monomer unit (2) is 0.001 to 2.0 mol % based on total monomer units constituting the fluoropolymer.

  • Patent number: 9989601
Abstract: Apparatus associated with improved magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) guided needle biopsy procedures (e.g., breast needle biopsy) are described. One example apparatus includes a support structure configured to support a patient in a face-down prone position where a breast of the patient is positioned in a first free hanging pre-imaging position. The example apparatus includes an immobilization structure configured to reposition the breast into an immobilized position suitable for MRI and for medical instrument access. The immobilization structure may include a removable biopsy plate, a removable side coil, a pressure plate, and MRI coils. The MRI coils are configured to be repositioned from a first position associated with the free hanging pre-imaging position to a second position associated with the immobilized position to facilitate improving the signal to noise ratio associated with signal received from the breast through the MRI coils.
