The second hole is provided apart from the first hole and extending from the first portion to the connecting portion so as to at least partially overlap the slit in the connecting portion. The insert member is configured to be inserted into the second hole. The insert member extends from the first portion to the connecting portion so as to at least partially overlap the slit in the second hole.
