Abstract: A transmission filter in a high frequency module includes serial arm resonators electrically connected in series to a serial arm electrically connecting a shared terminal and a transmission terminal, parallel arm resonators each electrically connected in series to each of parallel arms electrically connecting the serial arm and a ground, a first inductor electrically connected between the ground and a connection end electrically connecting at least the two parallel arm resonators of the parallel arm resonators, and a second inductor electrically connected between the ground and one parallel arm resonator different from the at least two parallel arm resonators of the parallel arm resonators. The second inductor is electromagnetic field coupled to at least one of an antenna side matching element, a transmission side matching element, and a portion of the serial arm in the transmission filter. The first and second inductors obstruct electromagnetic field coupling therebetween.
Abstract: An inner guide plate has an inner guide plate surface that guides air. An outer guide plate has an outer guide plate surface that guides the air toward a discharge port of the fan. In each of predetermined cross sections perpendicular to a rotation axis of the fan, a reference line is a line connecting the rotation axis and an outer guide end of the outer guide surface that is a radially inner end. In each of the predetermined cross sections, a guide line is a line connecting the rotation axis and an inner guide end of the inner guide surface that is a radially outer end. In each of the predetermined cross sections, a phase difference angle is an angle between the guide line and the reference line in a rotation direction of the fan. The phase difference angles of the predetermined cross sections are different from each other.

Abstract: A vehicular air conditioning device includes an air conditioning case having first, second case introduction ports and first, second case discharge ports, and a fan. The first, second case discharge ports are offset upward and downward in an up-down direction relative to a rotation axis, respectively. A first inner guide surface of an inner guide plate is located on the one side of a second inner guide surface in the left-right direction. Air introduced through the first case introduction port is guided by the first inner guide surface to be drawn from a first passage into the fan, the air being blown upward to flow through the first case discharge port. Abstract: Provided is a polishing pad including a polishing surface having a zeta potential of +0.1 mV or more at a pH of 10.0. Preferably, a polishing pad including a polyurethane having a tertiary amine is provided. Further preferably, the polyurethane having a tertiary amine is a reaction product of a polyurethane reaction raw material containing at least a chain extender having a tertiary amine. Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device is disclosed. The method can include forming a trench and exposing a portion of a first film at a bottom portion of the trench by removing a portion of a second film by performing dry etching using a gas including a first element. The second film is provided on the first film. The first film includes Alx1Ga1-x1N (0?x1<1). The second film includes Alx2Ga1-x2N (0<x2<1 and x1<x2). The method can include performing heat treatment while causing the portion being exposed of the first film to contact an atmosphere including NH3, forming an insulating film on the portion of the first film after the heat treatment, and forming an electrode on the insulating film.
