Abstract: A delivery support server and a delivery support system for electronically supporting delivery of goods in a series of delivering processes. A user data registration unit registers user data which includes a plurality of individual data items on a user, for a series of the delivery processes. A user ID issuing unit issues a user ID when the user data are registered. When a delivering agent requests an inquiry of user data or recipient data by using the user ID, recipient ID or order number, a data presenting unit selects and presents individual data items that the delivering agent needs in carrying out the delivering business only, from a series of the delivering processes. Only the minimum amount of information necessary for delivering the goods is known to the delivering agent.
