  • Publication number: 20070281800
Abstract: This invention provides a multi-piece golf ball composed of a core, an intermediate layer enclosing the core, and a cover layer which encloses the intermediate layer and has on an outside surface thereof a plurality of dimples. The cover layer is harder than the intermediate layer. Letting A be the thickness of the intermediate layer, B be the thickness of the cover layer and C be the diameter of the core, 65?C/A?27 and 65?C/B?27. In addition, the ball has an initial velocity, as measured by a method set forth in the Rules of Golf using an initial velocity measuring apparatus of the same type as the USGA drum rotation-type initial velocity instrument, of at least 77.0 m/s.

  • Publication number: 20020124265
Abstract: A wavelength-division-multiplexer/demultiplexer 60 for separating an optical video signal 103 directed to a subscriber and an optical data signal 104 directed to the subscriber from an optical signal output from a center station 10, an E/O converter 51 of a video signal for converting an optical video signal 103 directed to the subscriber separated by the wavelength-division-multiplexer/ demultiplexer 60 into an electrical video signal, and an electrical signal distributor 52 for distributing an electrical signal received from the E/O converter 51 of the video signal to a plurality of subscribers' houses are provided. Hence, according to this invention, an optical component, which was provided in an equipment at each subscribers' houses 30a and 30b, becomes unnecessary.
