The display unit is fixed to the second shelf by a display unit fixture. The display unit fixture has a display unit fixing member fixed to said display unit, i.e., a first fixing member, and a second fixing member having a magnet which can be attracted to a lower surface of the second shelf. The second fixing member can removably be fixed selectively to a desired position on the lower surface of said second shelf. The first fixing member and said second fixing member are connected by shafts to respective opposite ends of a connector for rotation about the shafts and are also rotatable with respect to the connector within a plane or planes perpendicular to the display screen of the display unit and a horizontal plane.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 15, 2007Publication date: February 14, 2008Applicant: NEC CorporationInventor: Shinya Okamoto

Publication number: 20070138130Abstract: The present invention provides a glass substrate having a minute texture being provided on the surface and having good acid durability with high protrusion forming efficiency. According to the present invention, unevenness is formed on the surface by pressing a predetermined area of the surface of the glass substrate containing at least one oxide selected from the group consisting of SiO2, B2O3, P2O5, GeO2, As2O5, ZrO2, TiO2, SnO2, A2O3, MgO, and BeO and having a composition wherein the content of this at least one oxide is above 90 mol %, and subsequently by etching an area including this predetermined area. In the composition of this glass substrate, the ratio of oxides of network formers or intermediates is high, so that the glass substrate becomes easy to be compressed. This enables to obtain high protrusion forming efficiency even when selective leaching of a component easily leached into etchant is not employed, thereby satisfying acid durability as well.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 4, 2005Publication date: June 21, 2007Applicants: NIPPON SHEET GLASS COMPANY, LIMITED, OLYMPUS CORPORATIONInventors: Junji Kurachi, Akihiro Koyama, Shinya Okamoto, Yasuhiro Saito, Keiji Tsunetomo, Hirotaka Koyo, Takeshi Hidaka, Hiroaki Kasai, Yasushi Nakamura

Patent number: 7041896Abstract: The invention provides a housing for an electronic apparatus whose components can be worked through a reduced number of steps without deteriorating the shielding performance against electromagnetic waves. The housing for an electronic apparatus includes a plurality of metal plates including a first metal plate and a second metal plate and each having a coated face coated over an overall area thereof and a non-coated face. The metal plates are assembled to form the housing such that the coated faces thereof are exposed as outer faces to the outside of the housing. The first metal plate is bent back at a portion thereof such that the non-coated face thereof is exposed to the outside to form a contact portion on a side edge of the first metal plate. The first metal plate is coupled to the second metal plate with the non-coated face of the contact portion thereof held in contact with the non-coated face of the second metal plate to establish electric connection between the first and second metal plates.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2002Date of Patent: May 9, 2006Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Shinya Okamoto

Publication number: 20050098539Abstract: The present invention improves a method of forming a surface unevenness using a difference in etching rates, and relaxes limitations on substrates in this method. In a method of the present invention, an uneven surface is formed by a method including applying pressure to a predetermined region in a surface of a thin film formed on a substrate, and etching a region including at least a portion of the predetermined region and at least a portion of the reminder of the surface that excludes the predetermined region. An etching rate difference within the thin film increases freedom in selecting a substrate material.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 19, 2004Publication date: May 12, 2005Applicants: NIPPON SHEET GLASS COMPANY, LIMITED, OLYMPUS CORPORATIONInventors: Keiji Tsunetomo, Shinya Okamoto, Yasuhiro Saito, Junji Kurachi, Akihiro Koyama, Hirotaka Koyo, Takeshi Hidaka, Hiroaki Kasai, Masamichi Hijino, Yasushi Nakamura

Patent number: 6238152Abstract: A fixed first sleeve and a movable second sleeve are arranged in a center through hole of a main spindle. Balls at the rear end of the second sleeve engage a recessed slope of the first sleeve and a recessed slope of a draw bar, thereby amplifying the urging force of a spring for urging the draw bar upward. Balls at the distal end of the second sleeve hold and pull in the head of the pull stud with the amplified force. The pull stud has an axial through hole and a hole that connects with the through hole and opens sideways. Compressed air passes through these holes, thereby cleaning the respective taper surfaces and end faces of the main spindle and a tool shank. Switching means is used to close the hole that opens sideways, whereby a cutting fluid is allowed to flow through the axial through hole only.Type: GrantFiled: February 25, 2000Date of Patent: May 29, 2001Assignee: Fanuc Ltd.Inventors: Akihiko Fujimoto, Kunio Kojima, Shinya Okamoto, Naoki Sato

Patent number: 5541572Abstract: An automobile onboard television system by which a normal television picture is displayed only when the automobile is stopped, as a safety feature. An image display condition of the television is switched over in response to an image display switching signal from a microcomputer. Information as to setting of the automobile parking brake, information about the accessory input in the automobile, and information indicating a time-out of a timer circuit are supplied to the microcomputer. The microcomputer determines the logical product of this information, to supply an image display switching signal for displaying a normal picture on the television only when particular logical products are output. The driver is therefore kept from watching the television while driving, and hence from driving carelessly.Type: GrantFiled: November 23, 1993Date of Patent: July 30, 1996Assignee: Alpine Electronics Inc.Inventors: Shinya Okamoto, Shinichi Imoto
