  • Publication number: 20240136096
Abstract: A soft magnetic iron alloy sheet has a saturation magnetic flux density comparable to that of Permendur, with the same iron loss as electromagnetic pure iron, and a lower cost than Permendur. The soft magnetic iron alloy sheet includes, as a chemical composition, 30 at % or less of Co, 0.1 at % or more and 11 at % or less of N, and 1.2 at % or less of vanadium, with the remainder being Fe and impurities. In a thickness direction of the soft magnetic iron alloy sheet, a surface layer region has an average nitrogen concentration of 1 at % or more and 15 at % or less and an internal region has a lower average nitrogen concentration than the surface layer region. In the surface layer region, a thickness is 1% or more and 30% or less from both main surfaces of the sheet and iron-nitride martensite having a tetragonal structure is formed.

  • Patent number: 9586511
Abstract: Disclosed is a dumping work determination system for a haulage vehicle provided with a body frame, a vessel and a drive mechanism for selective raising or lowering of the vessel. The system is applicable to the vehicle to determine a state of loading in the vessel in dumping work, and includes a body frame speed detector, a tilted state detector, a shake detector, and a payload-stuck state determination unit. Based on signals from the detectors, the unit determines whether or not the state of loading is a payload-stuck state. Specifically, the unit determines the payload-stuck state when the speed of the body frame is detected to have reached lower than a predetermined speed, the vessel is detected to have tilted to a predetermined position, and a state where the vessel can be considered to have no longer produced shakes is detected by the shake detector.

  • Publication number: 20160251589
Abstract: A composition for a lubricating film includes molybdenum disulfide particles which are dispersed, and a binding resin, and is a composition for coating a surface of a base material made of metal with a lubricating film in which the molybdenum disulfide particles are bound together by the binding resin. The composition for a lubricating film contains 50 mass % to 70 mass % of the molybdenum disulfide particles with respect to a total amount of the molybdenum disulfide particles and the binding resin. An average particle size of the molybdenum disulfide particles is in a range of 0.1 ?m to 3.0 ?m.
