Abstract: An information display device accesses URLs of a plurality of bookmarks in a group at a time by only selecting the group, instead of selecting each bookmark, and displays in accordance with information on a display window stored for each bookmark. An information display device 1 includes: a storage unit 5 that stores a bookmark; a group registration unit 6 that stores the bookmarks as a group along with a display position and size of a window displaying information on each website; and a selection unit 7 that selects the bookmarks that are registered as the group. An operator only selects the group using the selection unit 7, and the information display device 1 accesses URLs of the registered bookmarks at a time and displays on the display means 4, the acquired data in accordance with the size and position of the display window stored for each bookmark.

Abstract: In a wireless terminal advertisement, contents provider causes wireless communication service provider to deliver a piece of partial software of particular software, that may be game software, each time user of a portable wireless terminal accesses the advertisement, for which the contents provider is requested to do so by the advertisement sponsor. The user of the portable wireless terminal will access the advertisement repeatedly to collect pieces of partial software so that ultimately he or she may be able to execute the software as complete software comprising the pieces of partial software, and hence consequently the effect of the advertisement is enhanced. This system can enhance the possibility of causing users to access a particular site for a plurality of times without offering any bonus and improve the advertisement effect.

Abstract: A mobile communication terminal apparatus includes a display section, a memory section and a control section. The memory stores character strings for speeches. The control section reads out the character strings for a first speech as character string candidates and controls the display section to display the character string candidates. Then, the control section selects one of the character string candidates in response to a selection instruction, and edits the character string corresponding to the selected character string candidate in response to an edit instruction.

Abstract: An automatic sorting system for an electronic telephone directory to sort telephone numbers in the electronic telephone directory prepares a calling information list which indicates an expected calling frequency in each day of the week and time period on the basis of a priority numerical value of the telephone numbers according to the calling times and function setting conditions of the telephone numbers in each day of the week and time period; and automatically sorts and indicates the telephone numbers in lowering order of the expected calling frequency with reference to the calling information list for days of the week and time periods when the electronic telephone directory is opened.

Abstract: A mobile communication system includes a one-way communication system where a wide area base station forms a wide one-way communication area and a two-way communication system having a cellular service area which is formed by a plurality of cell base stations each forming a cellular two-way communication area. A mobile terminal can communicate with the one-way communication system and the two-way communication system. Further, a system controller connected to the one-way communication system and the two-way communication system controls mobile communications in the wide one-way communication area and/or the cellular service area. The system controller transfers data addressed to a mobile terminal to the mobile terminal through a selected one of the one-way communication system and the two-way communication system.

Abstract: A mobile communication apparatus includes a wide area receiver and a cell transceiver. The wide area receiver which is operable at relatively low power receives a selective calling signal from a wide area base station that forms a wide one-way communication area. The cell transceiver operable at higher power than the wide area receiver performs two-way communication with a nearest cell base station that forms a two-way communication area. The wide area receiver is caused to operate at all times. However, when the mobile communication apparatus exists outside the wide one-way communication area, the transceiver is caused to start operating.
