  • Patent number: 10584712
Abstract: An impeller in which blades and a shroud are bonded in a stable manner. The impeller is provided with a plurality of blades disposed on a base, and a shroud disposed facing the base across the blades. The shroud has a curved shape, wherein the shroud has a flat part in the outer periphery, protuberances are provided to flat surfaces of the blades, through-holes are provided to the flat part of the shroud, and, after the protuberances are inserted through the through-holes, the flat surfaces of the blades and the flat part of the shroud are bonded together by deforming the tips of the protuberances into thermally caulked parts larger in diameter than the opening diameters of the through-holes.

  • Publication number: 20190131752
Abstract: A device capable of improving quality of welding by improving estimation precision of coating removal completion of a conductor which is an ultrasonic welding target is provided. An ultrasonic vibration energy (E) of a horn (11) is adjusted based on magnitude of a displacement amount (a reference displacement amount (?Z)) of the horn (11) during at least a partial period of a period from a state in which an FFC and a PCB are interposed by the horn (11) and an anvil (12), through a “first stable state” in which a displacement speed (v) of the horn (11) is stable in a first speed zone in a course in which the displacement speed (v) of the horn (11) increases, until a “second stable state” in which the displacement speed (v) is stable in a second speed zone of a higher speed zone than the first speed zone.

  • Publication number: 20190084078
Abstract: A device capable of improving estimation precision of coating removal completion of a conductor which is an ultrasonic welding target is provided. A displacement speed v of the horn (11) is chronologically measured. A progress situation of the melting and removal of an insulating coating C0 (a synthetic resin included in the insulating coating C0) between both conductors C1 and C2 which are welding targets is estimated based on a transition form from a “first stable state” in which the displacement speed v is stable in a first speed zone to a “second stable state” in which the displacement speed v is stable in a second speed zone of a higher speed zone than the first speed zone in a course in which the displacement speed v of the horn (11) increases.

  • Patent number: 8170738
Abstract: An autonomous mobile apparatus (R) at a reference position (1) is confronted to a subject (T) with a predefined distance. The autonomous mobile apparatus (R) is rotated at the reference position (1) to confront plural directions sequentially. The subject (T) is detected every time when the autonomous mobile apparatus (R) is rotated to confront each direction to determine whether or not it is functioning normally.

  • Patent number: 6690301
Abstract: The position of a vehicle is to be detected accurately while suppressing the consumption of a battery. In accordance with instructions given from a position detection service center a base station issues requests at certain intervals. A vehicle V, upon receipt of a request, issues an answer signal containing ID information. On the basis of the answer signal the position detection service center decides the position of the vehicle V and offers the position information to a control center on demand. Electric power is supplied from a vehicular battery to an answer signal issuing member installed in the vehicle V. Even after a main power supply switch is turned OFF, the supply of electric power from the battery is continued, thus permitting an answer to a request from the base station. Consequently, the control center can determine a vehicular stop position accurately.

  • Patent number: 5150288
Abstract: A production management system for controlling a production line such as an automobile assembling line includes a plurality of slave computers for controlling assembling robots in assembling stations, and a host computer for supervising common information required by the slave computers. When the common information is to be modified due to a change in the robots, the common iinformation stored in the host computer is modified into corrected common information, and the corrected common information is transmitted from the host computer to the slave computers. The common information stored in the slave computers can therefore be modified by the corrected common information.

  • Patent number: 5088045
Abstract: A production management system controls a production line having a plurality of assembling/machining stations including pieces of production equipment such as nut runners. The production management system includes a computer for supplying control information to control the pieces of production equipment, a first information network for transmitting the control information from the computer to the assembling/machining stations, and a second information network for transmitting information indicating results of operation in the assembling/machining stations to downstream assembling/machining stations to allow defective portions of workpieces to be repaired in the subsequent assembling/machining stations. The first information network comprises a plurality of separate networks associated respectively with divided portions of the production line.
