  • Publication number: 20230183519
Abstract: A polyester-resin-coated seamless can including a reduced diameter portion obtained by neck processing within a distance of 0% to 15% from a can body uppermost portion with respect to a total height of the can from the can body uppermost portion to a can bottom of the can. A ratio Im/Iu is 1.0 or more, where Iu (cps/?m) is calculated by dividing a maximum peak intensity in a range satisfying 15°?2??19° of an outer-surface coating in a maximum reduced diameter portion of the reduced diameter portion by a thickness of the coating at the measurement site, and Im (cps/?m) is calculated by dividing a maximum peak intensity in a range satisfying 15°?2??19° of outer-surface coating at a measurement site within a distance of 45% to 60% from the can body uppermost portion by a thickness of the outer-surface coating at the measurement site.

  • Publication number: 20200122431
Abstract: [Problem] To provide: a resin-coated metallic plate which cannot undergo the occurrence of a retort brushing phenomenon (the formation of white spots) or the delamination of a film under retort sterilization treatment conditions; and others. [Solution] A resin-coated metallic plate having a resin layer (A) and a resin layer (B) is characterized in that the resin layer (A) contains 50 to 80 wt % of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (I) and 20 to 50 wt % of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (II), wherein the resin layer (B) contains 50 to 80 wt % of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (III) and 20 to 50 wt % of a polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (II), the polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (I) has a melting point of 210 to 230 ° C. inclusive, the polybutylene terephthalate-based resin (II) has a melting point of 215 to 225° C. inclusive, and the polyethylene terephthalate-based resin (III) has a melting point of higher than 230° C. and 205° C. or lower.
