The base substrate includes a display region which includes sub-pixels arranged in array, each sub-pixels includes a pixel driving circuit and a light-emitting element. The plurality of reset signal lines extends in a first direction and include a plurality of first reset signal lines for providing a first reset signal and a plurality of second reset signal lines for providing a second reset signal, and one of the plurality of first reset signal lines and one of the plurality of second reset signal lines are respectively connected to pixel driving circuits of a plurality of sub-pixels located in a same row. A layer where the plurality of first reset signal lines are located is different from layers where the plurality of second reset signal lines are located.

Abstract: A method for implementing communication services includes: after receiving a call request, determining whether a user subscribes to an IP Centrex service and an intelligent network (IN) service according to the obtained subscription information of the user; if the user subscribes to the IP Centrex service and IN service, checking with an application server (AS) whether the call request is for an intra-group call; if the call request is for an intra-group call, performing corresponding service processing according to the checking result to implement discount charging on the intra-group call. By using the method of the present invention, if the user subscribes to the IP Centrex service and the IN service, no conflict occurs between the IP Centrex service and the IN service, and discount charging is implemented on the intra-group call. A network device and a mobile communication system are also provided.

Abstract: A method for realizing one card for multi-number service is disclosed, wherein the subscriber's card of the called terminal has a plurality of numbers, and the method comprises: determining the subscriber card information of the called terminal, the present activated number and the mobile switch center MSC_S based on the called number; connecting the call to the MSC_S based on the obtained routing information of the said MSC_S, and then performing the subsequent connection of the call based on the called subscriber card information. When calling a user experiencing one card for multi-number service, regardless the telephone number the user registers, the connection to the number that the user currently uses could always be realized, so as to obtain the calling or short message service targeted to the one card for multi-number service, that is, a plurality of number could be online concurrently.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications. A method and system for implementing cell phone services are provided, which are capable of reducing the management cost and the management difficulty of cards and numbers of operators. The method for implementing cell phone services includes: storing a number in a first user data management entity; storing a mobile station identification number corresponding to the number in a second user data management entity; storing routing information of the first user data management entity in the second user data management entity; receiving, by the second user data management entity, request information from a visited network device; and forwarding, by the second user data management entity, the request information to the first user data management entity according to the stored routing information of the first user data management entity.

A method for realizing short message notification service for missing calls includes: a called user sets a call forward number to be a missing-call short message notification number; a switching device detects that a call from a calling user to a called user is not put through, and sends information of the calling user to an MCND based on the call forward number; the MCND constructs a missing-call short message based on the information of the calling user and sends the constructed message to the called user.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for providing ring back tones in a communication network. At first, a ring back tone device for storing and playing the ring back tone customized by a subscriber is established in the communication network. Whether a subscriber is a ring back tone service register subscriber is judged with a certain triggering mode, such as intelligent network triggering, signaling interception triggering, call forwarding triggering or switching device triggering. If it is judged the subscriber is a ring back tone service registered subscriber, a connection between the originating switching device and the terminating switching device and a connection between a switching device and the ring back tone device are established. When the called terminal is idle, the ring back tone device provides a piece of customized ring back tone to the calling subscriber for replacing traditional ring back tone.

Abstract: A method for implementing roam restriction and a system thereof are disclosed in the present invention, by setting up a list of areas where the terminal is allowed to roam. The method includes: the terminal sends a wireless service request to the mobile switching center on the wireless communication network side, wherein the request carries the information of at least one cell currently activated by this terminal; the mobile switching center determines whether there is a cell among the at least one cell currently activated by this terminal, whose cell information is included in the list of areas where the terminal is allowed to roam, if yes, executes current wireless service for this terminal; otherwise, rejects to execute current wireless service for this terminal.
