    Abstract: The heat pump system and the electrical heating system of a clothes dryer are controlled to work cooperatively, thus allowing the clothes dryer to at least comprise a fast mode in which the electrical heating pipe of the heating system is turned on after the compressor of the heat pump system is turned on and operated stably. Air about to enter the clothes drying drum is controlled to be firstly heated by the condenser of the heat pump system and further heated by the electrical heating pipe, and then to enter the clothes drying drum, and the load of the heat pump system is reduced in an auxiliary condensing manner, when the load of the heat pump system is close to the maximum load. Therefore, simultaneous working of the electrical heating system and the heat pump system is ensured, and the clothes drying speed is improved.

    Abstract: A heat pump clothes dryer comprising a circulating air path consisting of a drying drum and a drying air path for circularly flowing drying air; and a heat pump system consisting of an evaporator, a throttling device, a condenser and a compressor successively connected end to end for circularly flowing a refrigerant medium. The condenser and the evaporator are disposed on the drying air path, and perform heat exchange with the drying air. The compressor has independent suction compression chambers, each suction compression chamber being switchably connected in series or in parallel. When the dryer starts drying in a low-temperature environment, the suction compression chambers of the compressor operate in a parallel state, so that the air displacement of the compressor is increased to improve the flowing activity of the refrigerant medium in the heat pump system, so as to avoid occurrence of frosting of the evaporator.

The evaporator, the compressor, the condenser and the throttle apparatus are sequentially connected in succession to form a circulating flow path enabling a medium to flow.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a control method for a laundry dryer. The laundry dryer is a heat-pump type laundry dryer and a compressor of the laundry dryer is a variable-frequency compressor. The control method includes setting a minimum running frequency of the compressor according to an amount of clothes to be dried, where the more the clothes are, the larger the set minimum running frequency is. Specifically, when laundry drying is started, the amount of the clothes being dried is detected. According to the detected information, a minimum running frequency of the compressor, corresponding to the information, is invoked, and the minimum running frequency of the compressor in the current laundry drying process is set.
