The jewelry item includes: a setting, the setting comprises a setting connection part and a decorative part; the setting connection part is extended from the decorative part; a band the band includes an opening; wherein three dimensional type of a shape of the connection part is equal to the three dimensional type of a shape constructed by the opening of the band; wherein the connection part is positioned in the opening. Models of a setting of such jewelry items and models of the bands of such jewelry item may be presented to a user for enabling the user to customize the jewelry item.
