Each of a pair of shafts is operationally coupled to the motor and extends through a respective opposing side of the housing. Each of a pair of pedals is selectively couplable to an associated shaft. Each pedal is configured to selectively position an associated foot and an associated hand of the user. The motor is configured to rotate the shafts to compel an associated limb of the user to rotate concurrent with the associated shaft to exercise a user.
