  • Patent number: 11486455
Abstract: A piston boot has an annular fixing part that is formed on one end side of a stretchable part and abuts against an inner peripheral side of the cylinder. An outer peripheral surface of the annular fixing part is provided with a first region that abuts against an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and a second region that is disposed closer to a bottom side of the cylinder than the first region in a piston axial direction. The outer diameter of the first region is larger than the inner diameter of the region of the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder that faces the second region.

  • Patent number: 10955016
Abstract: A pad spring has a guide part which is attached to come into contact with an inner side surface and a bottom surface on an outer side in a disc radial direction of a pad guide, and guides the friction pad in a disc axial direction, and an extension part which extends from the guide part in a direction away from the friction pad and comes into contact with a side surface of a torque receiving part of the attachment member by a projecting piece part on a distal end side to press the side surface of a torque receiving part. The extension part is provided with a pressing operation part which is pressed to move the projecting piece part in a direction away from the side surface of the torque receiving part.

  • Patent number: 10883608
Abstract: A piston boot has an annular fitting section which is formed on one end side of a bellows section, encloses an annular metallic member and is fitted to a stepped section. The fitting section has an outer peripheral surface section which comes into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the stepped section, and an annular plane section which comes into contact with an annular wall surface section of the stepped section. A plurality of holes each having a bottom surface at a position of the metallic member or a position near the metallic member are opened to the plane section.

  • Patent number: 10495160
Abstract: Provided is a disc brake which solves, with a simple structure, the issue of interference between a carrier and an electric motor. A carder 3 applied to the disc brake includes a recess 28 in one arm 18 of the pair of arms 18 and 19 which recess is casted so as to be recessed in a direction toward a line, which is parallel to a tangent line L3 tangent to an the pin hole boss 16 on one side and perpendicular to a line segment L1 connecting centers of the pair of pin holes (pin hole bosses 16, 16) and extends through the center of the pin hole on the one side, with respect to the tangent line L3. This makes it possible to prevent or reduce the interference between the carrier 3 and the electric motor, with a simple structure.

  • Patent number: 8916476
Abstract: Provided are a method for forming a microfine structure and a microfine structure forming body prepared by the method. The method allows a remaining film part to be formed thinner and more uniform on a substrate than the conventional techniques. The method comprises the steps of: forming an oxide layer on a metallic thin film; a photocurable resin layer via first and second adhesive layers over the oxide layer; and transferring a microfine structure formed on a mold by pressing the mold onto the photocurable resin layer. The first adhesive layer includes a compound having at least two hydrolysable functional groups, and the second adhesive layer includes a compound having at least a hydrolysable functional group and a reactive functional group.
