  • Publication number: 20200406517
Abstract: Provided are a transfer sheet and a molding method using the same, which enable easy cleaning and continuous use of a mold even if foreign matter is present on a cavity surface of the mold. The transfer sheet is configured such that a transfer layer is formed on one surface of a base sheet, and a foreign matter trapping layer is formed on the other surface of the base sheet. The molding method includes: a placement step of placing a transfer sheet so that the foreign matter trapping layer faces one cavity surface of a pair of molds; a molding step of clamping the pair of molds, injecting a molten resin into a molding space formed by clamping, pressing the foreign matter trapping layer against the cavity surface, and molding a molded article integrated with the transfer sheet; a mold-opening step of opening the pair of molds; a peeling step of peeling off the transfer sheet from the molded article; and a removal step of removing the molded article.

  • Publication number: 20040216177
Abstract: Congenic rats are disclosed which express a truncated form of GPR10, wherein the truncation is the first 64 amino acids present in the NH2-terminus of wild-type GPR10. Also disclosed are in vitro screening methods for identifying compounds that bind to or modulate the function or expression of the truncated GPR10, and thus are useful in treating psychiatric diseases, such as depression and anxiety.

  • Patent number: 6136584
Abstract: The present invention provides an FK506 binding protein gene containing a base sequence coding for the amino acid sequence shown under SEQ ID NO:1, in particular such a FK506 binding protein gene containing the base sequence shown under SEQ ID NO:2, a method of producing a recombinant FK506 binding protein through expression of such gene, and the recombinant protein thus produced. The use of the gene of the present invention enables FK506 binding protein expression, and the protein is useful particularly in elucidating the mechanism of immunosuppression in living bodies or in developing or screening out therapeutic agents for autoimmune diseases (e.g. rheumatism, SLE, etc.), among others.

  • Patent number: 5641372
Abstract: A transferring apparatus and a transferring method are disclosed for pressing a transferring member against a three dimensional material. Fluid pressure is applied to a sheet which press the transferring member against and cause it to conform to the three-dimensional configuration of the material. Thus, the pattern of the transferring member can be easily and reliably transferred to the material (1) even though the material has the three-dimensional configuration.
