  • Patent number: 9890978
Abstract: A renewal method of an air-conditioning unit for vehicle in which an air-conditioning unit using a former refrigerant disposed in a frame mounted on a vehicle is renewed to an air-conditioning unit using an alternative refrigerant, the renewal method including a removal step of: a removing the existing air-conditioning unit from the frame; an assembly step of disposing the new air-conditioning unit, which is configured so as to be capable of fitting in the frame, in the frame; and a filling step of filling the alternative refrigerant into the new air-conditioning unit. The circulating amount of refrigerant in the new air-conditioning unit is increased so as to be larger than that in the previous air-conditioning unit, and the heat exchange capacity per unit volume of each of the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger is made larger than that before the renewal.

  • Publication number: 20140196480
Abstract: A first air-conditioning apparatus disposed in a frame mounted on a vehicle is updated to a second air-conditioning apparatus is disposed in the frame. A compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, pressure reducing means, and an indoor heat exchanger of the first air-conditioning apparatus are removed from the frame. The second air-conditioning apparatus is assembled such that a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, pressure reducing means, and an indoor heat exchanger are arranged at predetermined positions in the frame, and the second air-conditioning apparatus is charged with HFC refrigerant. An inverter driving the compressor controls the compressor on the basis of a measured value of at least one of a pressure sensor and an outside air temperature sensor arranged on a discharge side of the compressor such that the amount of refrigerant circulating in the second air-conditioning apparatus is larger than that in the first air-conditioning apparatus.

  • Patent number: 5610219
Abstract: A resin compound for molding precision parts containing 20 to 40% by weight of at least one of polyphenylene sulfide and aromatic polyester thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer, 15 to 25% by weight of whisker and 40 to 60% by weight of spherical fine particles, wherein the total content of the whisker and the spherical fine particles is 60 to 80% by weight, and a resin compound for molding precision parts containing 20 to 40% by weight of at least one of polyphenylene sulfide and aromatic polyester thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer, 5 to 25% by weight of whisker, 40 to 75% by weight of spherical fine particles and 0.5 to 3% by weight of silane coupling agent, wherein the total content of the whisker and the spherical fine particles is 60 to 80% by weight are disclosed. Mechanical strength of the resin compounds can be increased without the impairment of dimensional precision, surface smoothness and low coefficient of thermal expansion.
