  • Publication number: 20210389924
Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for extracting and redacting sensitive information from audio. A call having audio and being associated with a customer can be received at a computing device, and the call can be routed to an agent device. During the call, the computing device can detect an impending disclosure of sensitive personal information of the customer. The computing device can generate, during the call, sensitive data that can correspond to the sensitive personal information. The sensitive data can be generated based on sensitive audio of the call. The computing device can provide modified audio to the agent device in real-time or non-real-time. The modified audio can include nonsensitive audio of the call and can omit the sensitive audio. The sensitive data can be provided to a call handling application that is in communication with the computing device and with the agent device.

  • Patent number: 8855003
Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing a virtual private network are disclosed. For example, the method collects performance data for at least one parameter from a plurality of customer edge routers and a plurality of provider edge routers associated with the virtual private network. The method correlates the performance data for identifying one or more performance exceptions based on a threshold for each of the at least one parameter, and performs a trending analysis using the one or more performance exceptions to predict a potential problem that will impact the virtual private network.

  • Patent number: 8756639
Abstract: A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a set top box having a controller to present bandwidth adjustments options for customer premises equipment comprising the set top box where the bandwidth adjustments options include a bandwidth limit for the customer premises equipment, receive a selection of the bandwidth adjustments options, and transmit the selection of the bandwidth adjustments options to a network device for adjusting the bandwidth limit for the customer premises equipment. Other embodiments are disclosed.
