    Abstract: The present invention discloses the an aerogel material featuring of low thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant (low-DK) and low dielectric-loss (low-DF) and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises steps of: (1) mix and hydrolysis, (2) dispersion and condensation, (3) molding, and (4) drying. The prepared pure aerogel or fiber/aerogel composite is further processed by steps of: (5) polymer solution impregnating, (6) solvent drying and (7) crosslinking-solidifying to obtain a polymer/aerogel composite or a polymer/fiber/aerogel composite featuring of high strength, low thermal conductivity, low-DK and low-DF. The method provided by the present invention does not involve highly conductive solvents or additives, and a highly porous structure is formed so that the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the aerogel material are significantly reduced, suitable for 5G communications, microwave circuits, protection and insulation for electric vehicle lithium battery modules.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method for producing a heat insulating material composed of a hydrophobic aerogel, and the method includes the steps of: (1) mixing step; (2) hydrolysis step; (3) condensation step; (4) aging step; and (5) drying step. In the method, a siloxane compound, an inorganic gel, and a halogen-free surfactant are mixed and then a sol-gel process is performed to produce the aerogel heat-insulating material without water-washing. The produced heat-insulating material has preferable strength, smooth appearance, and low shrinkage and can overcome the powder-dropping problem. By the provided method, an aerogel heat-insulating board can be produced, or an aerogel cold-resisting and heat-insulating blanket can be produced by mixing with a fiber or a foam material.

    Abstract: Manufacturing a low-K dielectric organic/inorganic aerogel composite material and its application are provided. The manufacturing method comprises: (1) mixing; (2) hydrolysis; (3) condensation; (4) aging; (5) drying; (6) impregnating polymer solution; (7) phase separation and drying; and (8) cross-linking and curing. The manufacturing method can produce a low-K dielectric organic/inorganic aerogel composite material having a high strength. The low-K dielectric aerogel is in a porous structure, and its porosity is higher than 70% and its density is from 0.12 g/cm3 to 0.45 g/cm3. The dielectric property of the low-K dielectric aerogel decreases along with an increase of its porosity, wherein a dielectric constant thereof is from 1.28 to 1.89, and a dielectric loss thereof is from 0.052 to 0.023. The low-k dielectric aerogel can be used for a dielectric layer in a high-frequency circuit, an insulation layer in a semiconductor device or a microwave circuit in a communication integrated circuit.

    Abstract: A method for producing a composite glue composed of an aerogel, an inorganic fiber, and an inorganic adhesive includes the following steps of: (1) mixing step, (2) hydrolysis step, (3) condensation step, (4) aging step, (5) high-temperature solvent replacement step, (6) evaporation and drying step, and (7) composition step. The obtained product thereof is a viscous composite glue composed of the aerogel, and the total content of the aerogel and an inorganic fiber is of 25-90 wt % after dried. Additionally, the obtained product can be used at a high temperature of more than 600° C., and has no phenomena of inorganic material decomposition and carcinogen production.

The overall preparation speed can be shortened quickly and at the same time the hydrophilic or hydrophobic wet gel granules of aerogel wet glue particles are prepared to increase the production efficiency of the wet gel granules of aerogel.
