Abstract: A suction-irrigation head includes a manifold set, one end extending to form a discharge pipe and an intake pipe, an end of the discharge pipe forming a discharge opening, an end of the intake pipe forming an intake opening; a tube including a circumferential wall, intake bores disposed on one side of the circumferential wall, discharge bores disposed on the other side of the circumferential wall; and a separation wall, the interior of the manifold set and the tube being divided by the separation wall to form an intake chamber and a discharge chamber not communicating with each other, the intake chamber, the intake pipe, and the intake bores communicating with one another, and the discharge chamber, the discharge pipe and the discharge bores communicating with one another.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an overtube for use with an irrigation tip of a catheter during wound irrigation. The overtube includes a tubular body, in which a portion of the tubular body is cut away; and the frontend of the tubular body is tapered in a direction that is away from the cut away portion of the tubular body and is at an angle about 130-180 degrees in relative to the tubular body.
