  • Publication number: 20240138008
Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for communicating in a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT. A user equipment (UE) can receive, from a first base station using the first RAT, first configuration information for the UE to communicate with a second base station via the second RAT; and receive, from the first base station using the first RAT, a downlink message to enable a communication link between the UE and the second base station via the second RAT. The downlink message includes second configuration information for the UE to communicate with the second base station via the second RAT. The UE can establish the communication link between the UE and the second base station using the second RAT based on a link configuration obtained from the first configuration information and the second configuration information.

  • Patent number: 11960730
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein synchronize events between various components of storage device during the processing of an exception (i.e., an internal error). The storage device can have a plurality of processors which may each coordinate operations on various domains of storage device processing tasks. An exception occurring in one domain may require input and coordination from other domains within the storage device. Each exception may have a list of predetermined steps needed for completion which are coordinated via a series of sync points placed between exception action clusters which perform a series of specific operations until data or processing from another domain is needed to continue processing. The sync points can be utilized to halt processing in one domain until the other domains are in sync and complete one or more exception action operations. In this way, a streamlined and predictable synchronization between domains may occur during an exception.

  • Publication number: 20230386889
Abstract: A susceptor for semiconductor substrate processing is disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the susceptor may comprise an inner susceptor portion and an outer susceptor portion. The susceptor portions may self-align via complementary features, such as tabs on the outer susceptor and recesses on the inner susceptor portion. The inner susceptor portion may contain several contact pads with which to support a wafer during semiconductor processing. In some embodiments, the contact pads are hemispherical to reduce contact area with the wafer, thereby reducing risk of backside damage. The inner susceptor portion may contain a cavity with which to receive a thermocouple. In some embodiments, the diameter of the cavity is greater than the diameter of the thermocouple such that the thermocouple does not contact the walls of the cavity during processing, thereby providing highly accurate temperature measurements.

  • Patent number: 11734324
Abstract: The embodiments described herein enable the efficient storage and searching of large amounts of data to retrieve desired data with high accuracy and fast response time. The embodiments include for example parsing an input document containing input data into multiple sub-documents based on the structure of the input document and generating for each sub-document, a unique ID, pathway, and metadata. The embodiments also include storage of the ID and pathway for each sub-document in an index database and storage of the input document itself in a separate database. When a query for information from the input document is received, the ID and pathway of the sub document containing the queried information are identified and used to locate the queried information from the input document.
