  • Patent number: 9889292
Abstract: A system includes an introducer sheath having a sheath wall and a longitudinal axis, an electrode lead including a lead body and at least one electrode at a distal end of the lead body. The distal end of the lead body is received within the sheath. At least one anchor wire is within the sheath and has a proximal end attached to the distal end of the lead body. The a least one anchor wire moves through at least one opening in the sheath wall responsive to movement of the lead body relative to the introducer sheath.

  • Patent number: 9662437
Abstract: A pressure plate is configured to be coupled to a control module of an infusion pump. First and second securing hooks may extend away from a major surface of the pressure plate proximally to a first end. Each of the securing hooks may be structured to reversibly and hingedly couple to a hinge pin of the control module. An arch may extend away from the major surface proximally to a second transverse end and be structured to be received by a latch receptacle of the control module. The pressure plate may be secured to the control module by the securing hooks and arch. Each of the securing hooks may include a bearing surface configured to bear against a hinge pin when the pressure plate is secured to the control module, each bearing surface being parallel along the longitudinal axis with respect to the first major surface to within five degrees.

  • Publication number: 20080103353
Abstract: A prosthetic device comprises stacked column segments. A first one of the column segments comprises a ball surface facing along a column axis. The ball surface has a generally convex shape that is articulable in a mating socket of a second one of the column segments. The first one of the column segments comprises a socket surface facing an opposite direction along the column axis. The socket surface has a generally concave shape that is articulable on a mating ball of a third one of the column segments. Multiple column segments similar to the first column segment are stacked to form the column.
