Abstract: A sensor device is utilized to perform a first measurement of a first content fill level of a first container at a first instance. The same sensor device is utilized to perform a second measurement of a second content fill level of a second container at a second instance. Based at least in part on an analysis of both the first measurement and the second measurement, it is automatically identified that the sensor device has been moved from the first container to the second container. Based at least in part on the identification, an inventory record tracking a number of remaining full containers is automatically updated.

Abstract: A content fill level is measured. An interrogation signal is transmitted. A reflected signal having a plurality of peaks is received. One of the peaks corresponds to a signal reflection of the interrogation signal indicative of the content fill level. The plurality of peaks is digitally analyzed to distinguish which peak is indicative of the content fill level.
