  • Publication number: 20260153418
Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling sample dilution in an analytical instrument system comprise transmitting an injection command to an autosampler to inject a predetermined volume of air into a sample tubing coupled to an analytical instrument; and transmitting, subsequent to the injection of the predetermined volume of air, a fill command to the autosampler to aspirate a volume of sample into the sample tubing, wherein the predetermined volume of air is configured to form an immiscible barrier between the volume of sample and a solvent within the sample tubing.

  • Publication number: 20260118243
Abstract: A system, device, and method for detecting a formation of nanoparticles in a fluid, comprise a temperature controller that provides a temperature of a source of fluid during a temperature ramp cool down operation; a measurement system that detects a particle formation in the source of fluid at an wax particle formation temperature; and an apparatus that detects a cloud point after the particle formation detection by the measurement system and at a temperature less than the wax particle formation temperature, wherein the wax particle formation temperature provides an early warning to users regarding the source of fluid before the fluid becomes visibly cloudy.

  • Publication number: 20260118252
Abstract: A computer implemented method comprises flowing a sample through a sample cell at a flow rate; applying an electric field to the sample while the sample is flowing through the sample cell; and measuring electrophoretic mobility of particles in the sample using light scattering techniques while the sample is flowing and the electric field is applied. The flowing removes degraded sample particles from a measurement region of the sample cell during the measuring and replaces the degraded sample particles with a fresh sample. The flowing removes heat generated by Joule heating from the measurement region. The flowing enables an application of a higher electric field strength, thereby increasing a Doppler shift and reducing measurement time and measurement error.

  • Publication number: 20250277938
Abstract: An optical element mount assembly comprises a mount housing comprising an attachment clamp and a mount body; a flanged barrel assembly coupled and arranged to removably couple to the mount housing. The flanged barrel assembly comprises a lens barrel portion; and an alignment mount comprising a first flange and a second flange, each of the first and second flanges having a hole for receiving a coupling mechanism that attaches the flanged barrel assembly to a sidewall of the mount body, the flanged barrel assembly further comprising a mount hole for retaining an optical element.
