    Abstract: A firearm safe box comprising a housing having sides defining an interior volume and an opening. A container is slidably received in the opening of the housing, the container being movable between a closed position preventing access to the container and an open position allowing access to the container. In this embodiment, the container carries a configured insert adapted to cradle a firearm. A lock mechanism is operative to retain the container in the closed position. An opening mechanism is operative to automatically move the container to the open position when the lock mechanism is released.

The movable die is arranged on the driving mechanism and driven by the driving mechanism to move close to or away from the fixed die in a direction perpendicular to the first mounting surface. The cutting mechanism is configured to cut a blank at an output end of the conveying inlet. The blank cut by the cutting mechanism is extruded between the fixed die and the movable die.

    Abstract: An electronically controlled solenoid lock mechanism that remains locked when subjected to an impact type force. The lock utilizes the kinetic energy of a sliding bar during an impact to push on a lever with a fixed fulcrum such that the opposite end of the lever pushes against the core of the solenoid to keep it engaged with a latching mechanism.     Abstract: An improved packaging arrangement for a fishing reel permits the reel to be tested by a consumer on a limited basis while remaining in the package. The package is preferably formed of a semirigid plastic material defining a configured reel enclosure in which the reel's body is located. A rotatable crank extends for free rotation through a crank opening defined in the package. A crank handle is located at the distal end of the rotatable crank so as to be exterior to the package. Often, the package will further define a posterior opening permitting access to a thumb button located on the reel's body. The package preferably defines a hang aperture so that the packaged reel may be presented for sale on a hanging display in a manner similar to blister pack arrangements of the prior art.
