The method comprises: dividing a specified storage space assigned for specified NAND FLASH files into a first storage space and a second storage space; storing the management data of the specified NAND FLASH files in the first storage space, and storing the valid data of the specified NAND FLASH files in the second storage space; reading the valid data of the specified NAND FLASH files stored in the second storage space according to the management data of the specified NAND FLASH files stored in the first storage space. The present application can simplify the reading process of the specified NAND FLASH file data, reduce the reading time and improve the reading efficiency.
