Abstract: An angle adjustment apparatus is provided, and includes a fastening component and an angle adjustment component rotatably connected to the fastening component. At least a part of the angle adjustment component is located in the fastening component, and the angle adjustment component can rotate in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction relative to the fastening component. In this way, angle adjustment efficiency is improved. In addition, a communication device can be prevented from being oblique after angle adjustment, thereby preventing a signal coverage function of the communication device from being affected.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for a user to adjust the contents of the closed-captioning based on a user's language skill and other needs. The method comprises the steps of: receiving closed captioning contents; determining sub-difficulty levels of the closed captioning contents by comparing the closed captioning contents with at least one classification database; grouping sub-difficulty levels based on preset ranges into difficulty levels; and displaying and adjusting closed captioning contents at difficulty levels chosen by the user.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method to employ text messages via short message services (SMS) to remotely access computers for advanced data service. A remote wireless user can send text messages with specific query formats to a local short message service receiver, which is in turn, connected to a computer. The computer identifies the query and initiates a data service session to perform relevant tasks online or offline. Various additional devices can be linked to a local network using the same method.

Using an application executing in a data processing system, a score is computed for a net in a set of nets routed using a set of layers in the design. The set of nets is sorted according to scores associated with nets in the set of nets. A layer range from a set of layer ranges is assigned to a net in the sorted list such that a net with a higher than threshold score is assigned a high layer range.
