  • Publication number: 20250243663
Abstract: A self-adaptive viscous damping wall includes upper and lower fixed ends, an outer box body, an inner steel plate, a viscous fluid, and a self-centering device. The inner steel plate has openings, and the inner steel plate is divided into vertical wide bands, and two side faces of the bands are shear faces of the inner steel plate. An upper end of the inner steel plate is fixed to the upper fixed end. The outer box body has an upper opening for accommodating the inner steel plate and the viscous fluid. A part of an inner surface of the outer box body corresponding to a horizontal movement interval of the shear face of the inner steel plate is a shear face of the outer box body, which is designed with a multi-section curved face, with a flat and straight middle portion and a gradually decreasing end portion.

  • Publication number: 20250175443
Abstract: A packet sending method, an apparatus, and a system are provided, and pertain to the field of communication technologies. In the solutions provided in this application, after receiving a first packet that is sent by a first end-side device and in which a first application-aware identifier is encapsulated, a network device in the middle of the network can encapsulate the first application-aware identifier in a second packet obtained by processing the first packet. Then, the network device in the middle of the network can send the second packet to a second end-side device. Therefore, it may be ensured that a packet that carries application-aware information can be normally transmitted in a plurality of connections.

  • Publication number: 20250045476
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for evaluating the fatigue damage and life of a bridge structure under a multi-factor coupling effect. The method comprises the following steps: S1, reproducing complex service environment action values; S2, analyzing performance values of a bridge structure; S3, calculating coupling fatigue damage of a vulnerable part; and S4, predicting a remaining life of the bridge structure. By adopting the method, the fatigue damage condition and remaining life of an in-service bridge under a multi-factor coupling effect can be accurately evaluated, and the effect of each factor/action and the coupling effect the factors/actions in fatigue damage of a vulnerable part are quantitatively analyzed, thereby providing data support and decision-making reference for the operation and maintenance management, reinforcement and repair, and optimal design of bridges.

  • Patent number: 11527891
Abstract: Waveforms in power grids typically reveal a certain pattern with specific features and peculiarities driven by the system operating conditions, internal and external uncertainties, etc. This prompts an observation of different types of waveforms at the measurement points (substations). An innovative next-generation smart sensor technology includes a measurement unit embedded with sophisticated analytics for power grid online surveillance and situational awareness. The smart sensor brings additional levels of smartness into the existing phasor measurement units (PMUs) and intelligent electronic devices (IEDs). It unlocks the full potential of advanced signal processing and machine learning for online power grid monitoring in a distributed paradigm.
