Abstract: [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention provides a novel functional supplement/dietary supplement that is inexpensive, abundant, easy to obtain and consume, is capable of preventing and improving voiding dysfunction, and has few side effects. [Solution] In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a functional supplement for preventing or improving voiding dysfunction, characterized by containing a seaweed extract extracted from seaweed using an alcohol solution or water. The voiding dysfunction is caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia or overactive bladder, and the seaweed is one seaweed selected from the group consisting of aosa, aonori, kombu, arame, kajime, wakame, mekabu, hijiki, mozuku, tengusa, dulse, iwanori, and akamoku, with akamoku being especially preferable.

Said powder formulation makes inhalation therapy possible by carrying out aerosolization easily, and since pharmacological effect in lung local part is increased, it is possible to decrease the dose. Skin transmigration of said medicine is controlled by a lung specific delivery technology, and photodermatosis which is a side effect can be controlled.

Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation system for an internal combustion engine in which an exhaust gas control valve and a pressure regulating valve is constructed as one body to facilitate the mounting of the system on the engine and to improve the response characteristic of the system. Also, the chamber of the pressure regulating valve opposite to the chamber for receiving the exhaust gas is subjected to a pressure which is controlled in corresponding to the state of engine operation such as load, engine speed or the like, so that the rate of the exhaust gas recirculation is controlled in accordance with the state of engine operation.
