  • Publication number: 20230102451
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, an optical member, and a touch panel that enable a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be formed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer allowing the appearance of a display device and an input device to be unlikely to deteriorate even under low pressure conditions. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the number of the voids having a diameter of 300 ?M or more in the following low pressure test is less than 10, and the number of the voids having a diameter of not less than 50 less than 300 ?M in the following low pressure test is less than 20.

  • Publication number: 20230099594
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that enables a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be formed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer allowing the appearance of a display device and an input device to be unlikely to deteriorate even under low pressure conditions, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, an optical member, and a touch panel. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention contains an acrylic polymer (A) and a hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B). The acrylic polymer (A) contains a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester having an alkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms as a constituent monomer component. The hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B) contains a hydrogenated polyolefin.

  • Publication number: 20230072725
Abstract: A polarizing film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, said polarizing film comprising a polarizer film and a first transparent protective film, wherein a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the first transparent protective film side of the polarizing film. The polarizer film has a film thickness of 20 ?m or less; the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used for the bonding of a front transparent member that is arranged at the viewing side of an image display device, while having a difference between the saturation moisture percentage (A) at 80° C. at 85% R.H. and the saturation moisture percentage (B) at 25° C. at 50% R.H., namely ((A)?(B)) of 1.0% by weight or more. This polarizing film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is able to suppress decrease in the single transmittance of the polarizing film in a high temperature environment.

  • Publication number: 20220282129
Abstract: Provided is an optical pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that gives a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having such heating reworkability as to be easily removed from a component such as cover glass at a temperature higher than the service temperature of an image display device. The optical pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention gives a release force X of 4.0 N/20 mm or less, where the release force X is a release force determined by applying a film to a glass plate through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made from the optical pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and puling the film at a temperature of 100° C., a peel angle of 180 degrees, and a tensile speed of 50 mm/min.

  • Publication number: 20220106501
Abstract: Pressure sensitive adhesive sheet has a shear storage elastic modulus of 3×104 Pa or more at 80° C. In the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, an absolute value of a difference ?G? between a shear storage elastic modulus at 25° C. after a weather resistance test and a shear storage elastic modulus at 25° C. before the weather resistance test is 5×104 Pa or less, wherein the weather resistance test is conducted by applying light from a xenon lamp with an irradiation intensity of 0.63 W/cm2 at a wavelength of 340 nm for 500 hours. An increment in the amount of transmitted light b* before and after the weather resistance test is preferably 0.5 or less.

  • Publication number: 20210357061
Abstract: A flexible image display device includes a window member, a first member, a first laminate or a first touch-sensor-equipped panel member, and a plurality layers of tacky members. The first laminate is a laminate of a second member and a member 3A (including a panel member). When the first laminate is included, one of the first and second members is an optical film, and the other is an optical film or a touch sensor. The plurality layers of tacky members at least include three layers each disposed between the members. When the first touch-sensor-equipped panel member is included, the first member is an optical film, and the plurality layers of tacky members at least include two layers each disposed between the members. E0×T0?0.32 (E0: elastic modulus (GPa) of the window member, T0: thickness (mm) of the window member).
