    Abstract: A resin composition according to an embodiment of the present invention for a flat cable-reinforcing tape contains a polyester, a polyurethane, and a polycarbodiimide, in which the mass ratio of the polyurethane to the polyester is 40/60 or more and 80/20 or less. A flat cable-reinforcing tape according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base layer containing a resin as a main component and an adhesive layer stacked on the base layer, the adhesive layer containing the resin composition. A flat cable according to an embodiment of the present invention includes one or a plurality of conductors, a pair of covering materials that hold the one or plurality of conductors therebetween, and the flat cable-reinforcing tape.
