  • Publication number: 20090069019
Abstract: A mobile communication system that is possible to find a base station connectable with a mobile terminal efficiently is provided. A server apparatus, the base station and the mobile terminal used in the mobile communication system are also provided. The mobile communication system includes a mobile terminal, a plurality of base stations, a management section and an answering BS instruction section. The management section manages each connectable number of the mobile terminals with which each base station being able to establish a communication connection and selects the base station to send a connection answer to the mobile terminal based on the connectable numbers. The answering BS instruction section instructs the management section to start to select the base station to send the connection answer, and instructs the base station selected by the management section to send the connection answer to the mobile terminal.

  • Patent number: 5748723
Abstract: A system and method for allocating an incoming call to a desired one of a plurality of destination candidates in response to data in at least one predetermined category concerning a caller, e.g. the area, the company or the department of the caller (a source address mode). There may be other modes such as a direct in line (DIL) mode and global mode. When a call is received by one of trunk circuits, the termination mode for the call is set for one associated with the trunk circuit that received the call. In case of the source address mode, the call is allocated to one of the destination candidates which is associated with the caller number or a part thereof. An association between a caller number (a part thereof) and a destination candidate is preferably achieved using a destination information table containing at least such information.

  • Patent number: 5715304
Abstract: In a private branch exchange having an optimum route selecting function of selecting an optimum route by taking the destination, day of the week, time zone, permissive class of the extension terminal and the like into consideration when a call originating request from the extension terminal is generated, adequately processing dial number and outputting the same to an outgoing line so as to use the route, the route is selected by taking usage rates of the respective routes into consideration. Further, in the route selecting process, the route is selected by taking communication time (estimated value) into consideration.

  • Patent number: 5430794
Abstract: A call charge management device in a private branch exchange system including a first private branch exchange installed in a first charge area and a second private branch exchange installed in a second charge area different from the first charge area, the first and second exchanges being connected through a private line. After a telephone call based on a call from a terminal accommodated in the first charge area has ended, the call charge management device receives information on a calling terminal number, call start time, communication time, outgoing path number and called terminal number, searches for a station area code corresponding to the outgoing path number of the information from a table where station area codes are stored in correspondence with outgoing path numbers, calculates a call charge on the basis of the searched station area code and the received information, and charges the calling terminal the calculated call charge.
