    Abstract: A vehicle opening-and-closing member control device includes displacement amount detection portions provided at drive units and detecting respective displacement amounts of the drive units, a determination portion obtaining a difference of the displacement amounts and determining whether the drive unit is in failure on the basis of the difference, and a restriction portion restricting an operation state of the opening-and-closing member so as to be an operation disapproval state in a case where the determination portion determines that at least one of the drive units fails and at least one of the drive units operates normally. The restriction portion stops the operation of the drive units when a failure of drive unit is determined during the drive units are in operation, and the restriction portion prohibits the operation of the drive units thereafter when the failure of the drive unit is determined during the drive units are not in operation.

An under floor duct (27) is provided on the lower side surface (13C) of the floor panel (13) to form an external air induction passage (30) to guide external air from outside of the cab (11) toward an external air intake port (25H) of the air conditioner unit (25). Under floor duct (27) can be provided integrally with the floor member (12) without protrusion to the lower side, and the under floor duct (27) can supply cool external air into the cab (11). Even in the case of a small size hydraulic excavator, the under floor duct (27) can be provided integrally on the floor member (12) to secure broader space in the cab (11).

When the folding type door is opened, the respective door panels and are each retained in an open door position by engagement of two sets of strikers and catches and which prevents rattling movements of each door panel to retain the folding type door in a stabilized state.

A storage space (24) is provided between a sunken storage portion (20D) in the lower floor panel (20) and a flat horizontal surface (22A) of the upper floor panel (22). This storage space (24) can be used for installation of an air-conditioning unit (25). This lo means that the air-conditioning unit (25) can be accommodated in a floor portion in front of the operator's seat (16), permitting to suppress the height of the cab (11) to an appropriate level. In addition, installation of the air-conditioning unit (25) can make assembling and maintenance work far easier.
