  • Patent number: 12105221
Abstract: An optical scanner having high utilization efficiency of light is provided. A reflector with actuator includes a reflector having reflection regions formed on both surfaces thereof, first supporting parts supporting the reflector from both sides in a plane direction and defining a first rotary axis of the reflector, a first magnetic element installed on one surface of the reflector at a position displaced from the first rotary axis, and a first magnetic actuator configured to move the first magnetic element in a direction that rotates the reflector around the first rotary axis.

  • Patent number: 11757380
Abstract: A driving device that can be prevented from being damaged is provided. Abase member includes a frame-shaped part that rotatably supports a movable part via a shaft part provided on an inner circumference side of the frame-shaped part, and an elastic structural part extending to an outer circumference side of the frame-shaped part. The elastic structural part of the base member is joined to the pedestal, and this allows the difference in amount of thermal deformation generated on the base member and the pedestal to be absorbed by deformation of the elastic structural part, thereby preventing the driving device from being damaged.

  • Publication number: 20220390738
Abstract: A mirror scanner comprising: a mirror having a first surface that reflects a light, the mirror being swingable about a swing axis; a permanent magnet disposed on a second surface which is a surface opposite of the first surface of the mirror; and a yoke having a pair of magnetic field generating ends and a pair of extending portions, the pair of magnetic field generating ends being disposed at positions facing the permanent magnet in the second surface side of the mirror, the pair of extending portions extending along the second surface of the mirror.

  • Publication number: 20210173198
Abstract: A driving device capable of downsizing the entire device is provided. A mirror is rotatably supported by a rotary frame via an inner torsion bar, and the rotary frame is rotatably supported by a base part via an outer torsion bar. Magnetic elements are provided on the rotary frame, thus the mirror and ends of yoke parts are prevented from interfering with each other, and, by disposing the magnetic elements and the ends close to each other, the entire device can be downsized.

  • Publication number: 20050181234
Abstract: A dispersion liquid composition for a black matrix, which includes a solvent, and at least one of light absorption material having an average particle diameter ranging from 10 to 500 nm and selected from the group consisting of manganese oxide and a solid solution containing manganese oxide and ferric oxide. It is possible, with the employment of this dispersion liquid composition, to form a light absorption layer which is capable of reducing the diffuse reflection factor as well as the mirror reflectivity thereof, thereby making it possible to obtain a display screen improved in properties as a black matrix.
