    Abstract: A gear manufacturing method, the gear including an annular gear portion including teeth on an outer periphery, an annular support portion provided on an inner peripheral surface of the gear portion and supporting the gear portion, and a core portion provided inside the support portion, the method includes: a support portion molding step of molding the support portion by disposing the gear portion and the core portion in an annular mold and filling a resin between the gear portion and the core portion; and a support portion cooling step of cooling the support portion molded in the support portion molding step, a radial gap between the teeth of the gear portion and the mold before the support portion molding step is set to be smaller than a radial shrinkage amount of the support portion in the support portion cooling step.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing quantum dots capable of containing a large amount of Zn on a surface thereof, and a quantum dot. A method for manufacturing quantum dots of the present invention includes a step of producing a core containing at least Ag, Ga, and S or Ag, Ga, and Se, and a step of coating a surface of the core with a shell, and in the step of coating with the shell, the surface of the core is coated with GaS, and then Zn is added. It is preferable that the surface of the core is coated with ZnS after being coated with GaS. It is preferable that the core and the shell do not contain Cd and In.

    Abstract: The deposition apparatus includes a chamber including a deposition space, a stage that supports a substrate, a light source, a gas supply, and a heater. The light source includes an emission source that emits an energy ray and is disposed to face the deposition space. The gas supply includes a shower plate and a gas diffusion space. The shower plate includes a first surface that faces the light source, a second surface that faces the stage, and a plurality of through-holes that penetrates the first surface and the second surface, the shower plate allowing the energy ray to transmit therethrough. The gas diffusion space faces the first surface and diffuses raw material gas including an energy ray-curable resin that cures when the energy ray-curable resin is irradiated with the energy ray. The gas supply supplies the raw material gas into the deposition space from the gas diffusion space. The heater heats the first surface of the shower plate.
