  • Publication number: 20230286782
Abstract: This dynamic lift-off control device, which is mounted on a crane having a boom and a winch for winding a wire rope and controls dynamic lift-off of a suspended load, comprises: an image-capturing unit that is installed at the tip of the boom and captures an image including a hook; and a control unit that controls a winding action of the winch and a raising action of the boom. The control unit calculates the amount of misalignment between the tip of the boom and the hook on the basis of the image, and feedback controls the raising of the boom to reduce the amount of misalignment, thereby suppressing the swing of the suspended load.

  • Publication number: 20230037647
Abstract: An image processor includes an information transmission controller that transmits data including an image of an object and information indicating a result of a process to a terminal through a network. The information transmission controller changes a resolution of a transmission image to be transmitted to the terminal in accordance with at least one of a capability of the terminal, a load status of the terminal, a load status of the network, or a load status of the image processor, and adjusts coordinates on the transmission image at which the information is to be superimposed in accordance with the changed resolution.

  • Publication number: 20220413810
Abstract: Template data indicates at least one designated processing item, first execution order of at least one designated processing item, and an insertion position at which insertion of a new processing item is permitted in a first flow in which at least one designated processing item is arranged according to the first execution order. Additional data indicates at least one additional processing item and second execution order of the at least one additional processing item. A program executing unit executes a program in which a second flow in which at least one additional processing item is arranged according to second execution order is inserted into the insertion position in the first flow based on the template data and the additional data. Thus, a desired program can be easily executed using a common flow and an individual flow.

  • Publication number: 20220098008
Abstract: The present invention provides a dynamic lift-off control device and a crane with which it is possible to quickly perform dynamic lift-off of a suspended load while suppressing vibration of the load. This dynamic lift-off control device D comprises: a boom (14); a winch (13); a load weight measurement means (22); and a controller (40) serving as a control unit, the controller (40) controlling operations of the boom (14) and the winch (13), deriving, when performing dynamic lift-off of the suspended load by hoisting the winch (13), an amount of change in a derricking angle of the boom (14) on the basis of the time change in the measured load weight, and raising the boom (14) so as to compensate for the amount of change.

  • Publication number: 20220098012
Abstract: Provided are a crane and a path generation system that can generate a transport path capable of avoiding an obstacle even. if the obstacle moves. The crane (1) includes a boom (7) and a hook (10) suspended from the boom (7) by a wire rope (8) and transports a load (W) in a state in which the load W is suspended from the hook (10), the crane (1) being equipped with a sensor (camera (55)) that detects the position of an obstacle (worker X), and a control device (20) that generates a transport path CR by arranging a plurality of node points P(n) in an area containing a lifting-up point (Ps) and a lifting-down point (Pe) of the load W and connecting the node points P(n). The control device (20) generates a new transport path (CR) after increasing the number of node points P(n) arranged around the obstacle (X) when the sensor (55) detects movement of the obstacle (X).

  • Patent number: 9524442
Abstract: In the environment of executing an image processing for scenes by defining a parameter set for each scene, a configuration is needed capable of reflecting the change by smaller man-hour even when the content of the image processing has been changed. The image processing device includes an operating unit (that selectively executes a plurality of pieces of processing) and a storage that can be accessed from the operating unit. The storage holds: a common flow for executing processing selected out of the plurality of pieces of processing, in a predetermined order; user scene data in which a parameter set including one or a plurality of parameters are defined for each scene; and a command code concerning the parameter set included in the user scene data. The command code includes a first processing rule for causing a corresponding parameter set to reflect a result of a processing following the common flow.

  • Publication number: 20140304637
Abstract: An image processing device includes a plurality of processing units, an input unit configured to receive image data generated by imaging an object to be measured, a dialogue processing unit, and a generator configured to generate a command string to the plurality of processing units, following a setting of an image processing that the dialogue processing unit receives. The dialogue processing unit is configured to add a set of a start processing item to instruct a start of parallel execution and an end processing item to instruct an end of the parallel execution, in relation to an execution order of assigned processing items, and arbitrarily receive selection of processing items that are to be executed in parallel by two or more processing units in the plurality of processing units, on the interface screen, in response to a user operation of instructing a setting of parallel execution.

  • Patent number: 8422759
Abstract: An edge code histogram of a model generated in a model image is registered. A target region with respect to the input image is set. An edge code histogram for the target region is generated. A relative positional relationship between the edge code histogram of the model and the edge code histogram for the target region is sequentially changed, and a degree of coincidence between the edge code histograms at each relative position is calculated. A possibility that the region that matches the model is contained in the set target region from the sequentially calculated degree of coincidence between the edge code histograms is evaluated. Then a candidate point having a possibility of matching the model in the input image is specified while sequentially changing the position of the target region with respect to the input image and repeating steps above for each target region.

  • Publication number: 20130009973
Abstract: A development support apparatus and development support program are used to facilitate the development of a program executed by an image processing apparatus. A user selects a desired purpose from a displayed list that includes the purposes of the processing units. Accordingly, an explanatory screen of a sample unit corresponding to the selected purpose is displayed. When the user selects a link of a folder saving a program of the sample unit, the directory including the folder is displayed. When the image of the folder is dropped onto a screen displayed during an initial operation, the sample unit is executed. The sample unit includes one or more image processing modules (processing units). When the sample unit is executed, processing defined by each processing unit is executed on image data stored as a default, and a result thereof is displayed on a monitor.
