  • Publication number: 20240115776
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a surface treatment agent that is excellent in antithrombogenicity and biocompatibility and has higher hydrophilicity compared to conventional medical materials. The present invention is an antithrombogenic material containing a (meth)acrylate copolymer consisting of a hydrophobic (meth)acrylate and a hydrophilic (meth)acrylate, in which the hydrophobic (meth)acrylate is a silicone (meth)acrylate and/or an alkyl (meth)acrylate, the (meth)acrylate copolymer having a residual monomer content of 4,000 ppm or less, a reduced viscosity (?sp/c) of 0.18 dl/g or more and 3.00 dl/g or less, and being water-insoluble, and being a viscous liquid at room temperature.

  • Patent number: 6431771
Abstract: A platen together with a frame supporting the platen is rotatably mounted on a shaft and a platen gap is regulated by rotary movement of the frame about that shaft to detect thickness of a printing sheet at a first printing position. The mechanism for setting the platen gap is simplified and precise and the present printer can accommodate even printing sheets whose thickness is partially different. Further, it is detected platen temperature by a simple temperature detecting means and to change the platen position according to the detected temperature by a predetermined value ±&Dgr;d for a standard value d0 of the gap.

  • Patent number: 5049057
Abstract: A device for continuously measuring and correcting a tackiness of a sheet of rubber material including a feeding unit for continuously feeding an unvulcanized rubber sheet along a flat support surface and a rotatable roller in contact with the unvulcanized rubber sheet, whereby the roller is rotated by the movement of the unvulcanized rubber sheet, and entrained in the sheet feed direction due to a tackiness of the unvulcanized rubber sheet. A load cell is connected to the roller via a linkage, for measuring a resistance to the rolling of the roller, i.e., a change of a position of the roller entrained in the sheet feed direction.

  • Patent number: 4841779
Abstract: A tension tester in which a specimen marked with at least one measuring marking whose optical characteristic is different from that of the specimen's ground color is held by chucks at the ends and subjected to a tensile load by moving one of the chucks; in which, while the specimen is being stretched, the marking is scanned by a scanner to detect a positional change of the marking in the tensile direction; and in which electric signals which are produced due to the difference in the optical characteristic between the marking and the specimen's ground color are processed to determine the tensile characteristic of the specimen.
