  • Patent number: 8530084
Abstract: An electrode 13 has an active material layer 12 formed on each of two whole main surfaces of a current collector 11. A part of an electrode lead 14 overlaps the electrode 13. One end face of the electrode 13 in the width direction of the electrode 13 is flush with one end face of the electrode lead 14. Joints 15 are formed at the one end of the electrode 13 in the width direction. The joints 15 join the electrode 13 and the electrode lead 14 so as to provide electrical continuity between the exposed part of the current collector 11 at the one end face of the electrode 13 in the width direction and the electrode lead 14. The joints 15 are formed, for example, by plasma welding.

  • Publication number: 20130014699
Abstract: A vapor deposition device including an evaporation source for evaporating a vapor-depositing material; a transportation section including first and second rolls for holding the substrate in the state of being wound therearound and a guide section for guiding the substrate; and a shielding section, located in a vapor deposition possible zone, for forming a shielded zone which is not reachable by the vapor-depositing material from the evaporation source. Vapor deposition zones include a planar transportation zone for transporting the substrate such that the surface of the substrate to be subjected to the vapor-depositing material is planar; and the transportation section is located with respect to the evaporation source such that the vapor-depositing material is not incident on the substrate in a direction of the normal to the substrate in the vapor deposition possible zone excluding the shielded zone.

  • Publication number: 20110000801
Abstract: An electric power equipment has a main body case, a plurality of power supply elements provided in the main body case, and a fire-extinguishing agent discharge space disposed facing the plurality of power supply elements. The fire-extinguishing agent discharge space includes fire-extinguishing agent spray space having a plurality of fire-extinguishing agent spray holes for spraying a fire-extinguishing agent toward the plurality of power supply elements, and a fire-extinguishing agent supply space coupled to the fire-extinguishing agent spray space via a plurality of fire-extinguishing supply holes. A fire-extinguishing agent tank is coupled to the fire-extinguishing agent supply space via a shutoff valve.
