Abstract: An acoustic apparatus comprised of a means for extracting middle and high frequency components from left- and right-channel signals through respective high-pass filters to reproduce the components, and a means for mixing left- and right-channel signals and extracting a low frequency component through a low-pass filter to reproduce the component, wherein the reproduction power of the middle and high frequency component is set below the reproduction power of the low frequency component.

Abstract: An outer escutcheon fixing structure for car stereo etc. which is characterized by channel-shaped fixing members fitted to the front face of an escutcheon body for a car stereo etc. through an instrument panel of a car and horizontal members on an outer escutcheon member defining spaces for receiving tip ends of the respective channel-shaped fixing members. Either the channel-shaped fixing members or the horizontal members are imparted with resiliency in the vertical direction, so that the channel-shaped fixing members are resiliently engaged with the horizontal members to fix the outer escutcheon member.

Abstract: An indicator panel fixing arrangement for fixing a flat indicator panel, which is generally formed in a channel-shape having a bottom portion and sidewall portions standing upright from the bottom portion. One of the sidewall portions has, on the inside thereof, at a position near the bottom portion, a guide member for guiding the indicator panel onto the bottom portion. The arrangement may further includes another guide member provided on the inside of the bottom portion at a position remote from the former guide member.
