  • Publication number: 20230307976
Abstract: Electrical insulator assemblies fitted onto stator teeth each have a first flange and a second flange. An outer peripheral surface of the first flange has first and second recessed parts on first and second sides of a through hole in a circumferential direction. The first recessed part is open radially outwardly to the first side in the circumferential direction and to a second side in an axial direction. The second recessed part is open radially outwardly to the second side in the circumferential direction and to the second side in the axial direction. The first flange has a projection formed on a side surface on the first side in the circumferential direction and protruding to the first side in the circumferential direction and a projection formed on a side surface on the second side in the circumferential direction and protruding to the second side in the circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20230291265
Abstract: An electrical insulator assembly includes first insulators (200A) and second insulators (200B) that can be fitted onto teeth (121) of a stator core (110) of an electric motor in an alternating manner. Each of the first insulators has a first flange (210), a second flange (220) and a body (230). Each of the second insulators has a first flange (210), a second flange (400) and a body (230). The second flange of the first insulators has first and second overlapping parts (220E, 220F) on opposite circumferential sides. The second flange of the second insulators has first and second overlapping parts (400E, 400F) on opposite circumferential sides. The first overlapping parts (220E) of the first insulators radially overlap the second overlapping parts (400F) of the second insulators, and the second overlapping parts (220F) of the first insulators radially overlap the first overlapping parts (400E) of the second insulators.

  • Publication number: 20230208240
Abstract: A motor includes a rotor and a stator, the stator having a stator core and an electrical insulator assembly at each end of the stator core. The electrical insulator assemblies each have an outer wall part extending in a circumferential direction and facing a yoke of the stator core and a plurality of extending parts extending radially inward from the outer wall part and facing teeth of the stator core. The outer wall part has a radial thickness and includes a plurality of radial notches for guiding extensions of the stator winding between an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the outer wall part. The outer peripheral surface of the outer wall part adjacent to the notches is configured such that the radial thickness of the outer wall part gradually decreases toward the notch along a circumferential direction of the yoke.

  • Publication number: 20230208243
Abstract: A motor includes a stator having a core and a plurality of radially inwardly extending teeth defining slots therebetween. Each tooth has a tip having a pair of circumferentially protruding tooth projections. A first insulation sheet is inserted between each pair of the teeth and has a body part and a pair of first end parts formed by folding both ends of the body part toward each other. A second insulation sheets is arranged between the winding parts of adjacent teeth and has a body part and a pair of second end parts formed by folding both ends of the body part away from each other. The tooth projections, the second end parts and the first end parts are arranged in this order from radially inside to outside and overlap radially.

  • Publication number: 20230208231
Abstract: A motor includes a stator and first and second electrical insulator assemblies at opposite ends of the stator. A crossover wire extends along an outer wall part of the second insulator. A cover for covering the crossover wire is mounted onto the second electrical insulator assembly via a mounting mechanism. The mounting mechanism includes an engagement recess formed in an inner peripheral surface of the outer wall part of the second electrical insulator assembly and an engagement piece formed within a recess of the cover which engagement piece has a claw configured to be locked to an engagement recess forming face that defines the engagement recess.

  • Publication number: 20230208242
Abstract: A first electrical insulator assembly is arranged on the first side of a stator core in an axial direction and has first and second flanges formed on a tip part of a connection part and respectively protruding to the first and second sides in a circumferential direction. A second electrical insulator assembly is arranged on the second side of the stator core in the axial direction and has third and fourth flanges formed on a tip part of a connection part and respectively protruding to the first and second sides in the circumferential direction. The first to fourth flanges respectively have first to fourth radial movement restriction surfaces that are configured to restrict outward movement of an interface insulation member in the radial direction.

  • Patent number: 7843101
Abstract: A rotary shaft 60 having an outside diameter larger than the bore diameter of a rotary shaft insert hole 59 of a rotor 50 is inserted into the rotary shaft insert hole 59. A magnet insert hole 51a1 is provided in a main magnetic pole [a] of the rotor 50. Permanent magnets 52a1 to 52a3 are inserted into the magnet insert hole 51a1 such that a gap is formed between the permanent magnets 52a1 to 52a3 and the magnet insert hole 51a1. A semi-tubular rivet insert hole 55a and interlocks 57a1, 57a2 elongated in the radial direction of the rotor are disposed radially outward of the magnet insert hole 51a in the rotor. A semi-tubular rivet 56a is inserted into the semi-tubular rivet insert hole 55a such that a gap is formed between the semi-tubular rivet 56a and the semi-tubular rivet insert hole 55a. Passage holes 58ab, 58da are provided in the auxiliary magnetic poles [ab], [da].
