Abstract: A vehicle body is provided with a rear wheel at a rear portion, and a front wheel coupled to a handle post. A swing-enabling shaft is rotatably provided on the upper portion of the handle post. A handlebars unit is attached to the swing-enabling shaft such that it can swing forward and backward relative to the vehicle body. When the handlebars unit is swung, a driving mechanism is driven. The driving mechanism rotates the front wheel such that the vehicle body advances, regardless of whether the handlebars unit is swung forward or backward.

At least one of the roller support (35) and massage roller (53) is rotatably mounted on the travelling unit (21a, 21b).

Abstract: A bedstead mounted on a bedframe is divided into a plurality of separation pieces. The separation pieces are set swingable on the bedframe. A drive shaft is provided on the bedframe. The drive shaft is rotationally; driven by a driver. The rotational motion of the drive shaft is converted by a power transmitting device to an up and down motion whereby the separation pieces are so driven as to be swingable over the bedframe.

Abstract: A carrier holding massage rollers is provided on an upper surface of a base plate so that the carrier can run on the upper surface of the base plate. A vibration transmission plate made of a material capable of transmitting vibration is provided on the base plate. The vibration transmission plate is provided with a vibration generator. Thus, when the vibration generator is actuated, the vibration transmission plate vibrates to massage a person lying on his/her back over the base plate.
