  • Publication number: 20240191377
Abstract: A water electrolysis system controls a power supply device for passing a current between an anode and a cathode in a water electrolysis stack, based on a hydrogen concentration detected by a concentration sensor provided in a discharge pipe at a location downstream of a pressure control valve.

  • Publication number: 20230261231
Abstract: A regenerative fuel cell system includes a supply mechanism for supplying gas generated by a pressurization apparatus to a fuel cell, and a control apparatus. The supply mechanism includes a flow regulating valve provided in a gas supply path, and a pressure sensor that detects pressure of the gas supplied to the gas supply path. When a pressurization-stop operation is started, the control apparatus adjusts the flow rate of the flow regulating valve to realize a target depressurization rate, and causes the fuel cell to generate power corresponding to the flow rate.

  • Publication number: 20230064835
Abstract: A water electrolysis system includes a water supply unit, a KOH tank, a water electrolysis apparatus, and a control device. The water supply unit and the KOH tank supply an aqueous solution containing hydroxide ions of a predetermined concentration to a cathode of the water electrolysis apparatus. The water electrolysis apparatus includes a solid polymer electrolyte membrane, and a water electrolysis cell having an anode and a cathode provided on both sides of the solid polymer electrolyte membrane. The control device changes the voltage to increase while restricting a supply amount of a KOH aqueous solution to the cathode when a concentration of the KOH aqueous solution is higher than a predetermined reference concentration on the basis of information on correspondence between a voltage and current between the anode and the cathode and the concentration of the KOH aqueous solution on the cathode.

  • Publication number: 20220307487
Abstract: An electrochemical hydrogen compressor and a support member for an electrochemical cell include, in a flow field member, flow field grooves through which an anode gas (for example, a hydrogen gas) is allowed to flow in a predetermined direction, and a plurality of through holes one ends of which open in the flow field grooves, and other ends of which are in communication with ventilation holes of an anode current conductor. At least a portion of the through holes (for example, discharge through holes) are inclined at an acute angle with respect to an upstream side of the flow field grooves (for example, discharge flow field grooves).
