    Abstract: An imaging apparatus of the present invention includes an imaging element, an observation unit that includes a correction lens for correcting a ray angle incident on an eye of a user, and with which a target to be imaged of the imaging element is observable, a storage unit that stores data related to astigmatism of the user, and a processor that controls the correction lens. The processor is configured to execute readout processing of reading out the data from the storage unit storing the data related to the astigmatism of the user, determination processing of determining an inclination of a second direction of the imaging element with respect to a first direction of the eye of the user, and adjustment processing of adjusting a correction amount of the ray angle by the correction lens based on the data read out by the readout processing and a result determined by the determination processing.
