    Abstract: A dehumidifier of the present invention includes: a first frame; a second frame formed inside of the first frame, having a first opening and a second opening; and a unit for allowing air to flow from the first opening to the second opening, wherein the second frame has a hollow substrate, a thermoelectric element formed on a surface of the hollow substrate directly, a pair of electrodes, connected to the thermoelectric element, for supplying an electric current to the thermoelectric element, and the thermoelectric element causes a temperature difference between the outer surface and the inner surface of the second frame.
