Abstract: Contextual routing and/or management of communications is described. The systems and methods described herein may receiving data indicating interactions between a user account and an entity account, and may cause presentation of a consolidated user interface that includes the interactions. The interactions may span multiple services and individual ones of the multiple services may differ from each other. The systems and methods may cause the interactions to be presented via the consolidated user interface as messages in a message thread, where the consolidated user interface is presented utilizing a payment application on a user device, and wherein the payment application is provided by a payment service.
